Sarnit Infotech ("Company", "We", "Our") operates FairDutch ("Application", "Software"), an offline-first shared living operating system designed for managing flat expenses, room rent allocations, utility bills, food mess meals, household groceries, and chore rotations.
This Policy governs the privacy standards applicable to Stage 1 releases of FairDutch across mobile devices (Android and iOS). By installing and utilizing the Application, users are assured of absolute local data isolation without remote server telemetry.
FairDutch Stage 1 is engineered strictly around an on-device Local Data Architecture. Unlike traditional financial management software that transmits user records to centralized remote databases, FairDutch operates completely offline:
All data inputs entered into the Application remain local user property. The categories of data created and managed locally include:
Sarnit Infotech adheres to a strict anti-surveillance software policy. FairDutch contains:
🚫 ZERO Advertising SDKs or Ad Networks
We do not serve Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, or any banner/video advertisements.🚫 ZERO Analytics or Behavioral Tracking Scripts
We do not bundle Google Analytics, Firebase Telemetry, Mixpanel, or crash reporting loggers that leak data.Because all records reside within your device’s sandbox, your data inherits the physical and hardware-level encryption provided by your mobile operating system (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). Physical possession of the unlocked device is required to access local database files.
Users retain absolute ownership and control over their flat data:
• Data Export: Users can export full database payloads as readable JSON or CSV spreadsheets anytime via More → Export Backup.
• Complete Data Erasure: Users can reset or purge all local database contents instantly via Settings → Clear Data or by uninstalling the application.
Future releases of FairDutch (Stage 2/3) will introduce optional multi-device cloud synchronization powered by a secure Laravel backend. Cloud sync will be strictly opt-in, backed by end-to-end encryption protocols ensuring that non-synced local workspaces remain completely offline.
